Pinecone pick up was the problem that CONEIVORE was invented to solve, but our customers are using the CONEIVORE to pick up, not only pinecones, but: apples, black walnuts, tennis balls, golf balls, sweet gum balls, crab apples, Magnolia pods, hickory nuts, soft balls, base balls, and more! Using your hands to pick up pinecones is difficult and takes too long. And it's hard on your back! But this convenient, lightweight - yet durable - lawn tool makes yard work feel like anything but work. It's easy and it's fun. The CONEIVORE is an awesome invention borne out of frustration. There just had to be a simpler and easier way to deal with pine trees and cleaning up those annoying pinecones! The CONEIVORE allows you to pick up pinecones quickly and easily. CONEIVORE comes with a small cone cap and a large cone cap. Use the cap that works best for what you have to pick up. Before you begin, place the cap that works best for you on the bottom of the tool and remove the cap on the top. Store the spare cap until needed. DIRECTIONS: Holding by one or two hands, center the CONEIVORE 2 to 6 inches above the cone. Thrust the CONEIVORE down over the cone. Repeat the process until the tube is full or does not easily accept more cones. Empty the tube simply by turning it upside down. The number of cones collected in the tube depends on the diameter of the cones. The last cone you collect will be held in place with the fingers of the cone cap. To pick up larger diameter cones, use your feet to tip the cone upright (small end up, large base down) before thrusting down on it with the tool.
